Below is the design proposal for a complete renovation of the entire ground floor flat. The existing footprint was quirky and slender.
The Client wanted an open living and kitchen area with access to the garden. The bedrooms were also to have access to garden and family bathroom. The master bedroom is at the front of the flat with en suite and dressing room.
